The S2000 lidding machine is an automatic trayseling machine.
Simple and ergonomic, it is ideal for small and medium series productions.

Perfectly adaptable, our S2000 cleat accommodate many peripherals that will fit into different production processes.

It can seal large format and large depth containers.

Its +: the compatibility of its tools with the S1000 machine, which makes it possible to go from a small production to a larger production.

General informations

The S2000 traysealer is suitable for all types of products: solid, liquid or pasty

Its tools offer the possibility of carrying out 1 to 4 poses.

The lidding and cutting are managed automatically.
The packaging can be cut in two possible ways:

  • outside cut: Process for cutting the film outside the tray
  • inside cut: Process for cutting the film inside the tray

It is possible to work with trays thermoformed by our machines, in various eco-responsible materials thanks to bio-based, biodegradable, single-material and recyclable films (eg PP or simple PET) with thermoforming carried out by blowing, vacuum or pistoning.
