The O² 2500 is a traysealer that allows you to package your products at medium and high speeds. It comes in three versions to suit your production needs.

– Simple or standard: it has on-board tools that are easily interchangeable for multi-process.
– Multiformats: its on-board tooling allows the sealing of several tray formats
– Flex: allows to embed up to 4 multi-process tools allowing rapid format changes thanks to its automated technology and its programming by anticipation of the tools being heated

Its +: the compatibility of tools with the O²1500 traysealer, makes it possible to go from a small production to a larger and fully automated production.

A traysealer which fits perfectly into your production lines and which allows the integration of multiple peripherals: unstacker, doser, marking modules, weighing, labeling, liner, etc.)

The O²2500 traysealer is suitable for all types of products: solid, liquid or pasty

The lidding and cutting are managed automatically.

The packaging can be cut in two possible ways:
– outside cut: Process for cutting the film outside the tray
– inside cut: Process for cutting the film inside the tray

Depending on the model selected, it can have up to 4 on-board tools

It is possible to work with trays thermoformed by our machines, in various eco-responsible materials thanks to bio-based, biodegradable, single-material and recyclable films (eg PP or simple PET) with thermoforming carried out by blowing, vacuum or pistoning.
