This traysealer has a drawer, manual or automatic. It is the latest addition to the O² range.

The O²1500 is offered in different configurations that can meet various types of production, small and medium-sized productions, frequent changes of campaign, back-up, laboratory, start-up, R & D service, etc. on such varied packaging: With or without a protected atmosphere, Skin, Inside-cut… and on all types of materials: APET, cardboard, cellulose …

The O²1500 is available in 2 major versions,
– the O²1500 Standard: equipped with a single tool that is easily interchangeable
– The O²1500 Flex equipped with a 3-tool storage unit allowing ultra-fast format changes, also reducing the risk of MSDs.

Its +: tool accounting. In order to support you at higher speeds, the tools developed on the O²1500 are perfectly suited to the O²2500 traysealer.

Its accessible and easy tool change makes it ergonomic and easy to use for its users.

Its tools can be used to carry out 1 to 2×4 poses depending on the dimensions of the trays

It is possible to work with trays thermoformed by our machines, in various eco-responsible materials thanks to bio-based, biodegradable, single-material and recyclable films (eg PP or simple PET) with thermoforming carried out by blowing, vacuum or pistoning.
