Perfect for medium and large series productions, it adapts to your needs.

Its +: the advantage of this specific traysealer is that it can handle large product heights with packaging offering great security and attractive visuals.

SKIN Sealing of a thermoformed film on a rigid tray. The lidding film perfectly matches the shape of the tray and the product, the latter being vacuum-packed. Benefits: Better hold of the product in the tray; a longer DLC without gas.

It has tools ranging from 1 to 2 poses

The lidding and cutting are managed automatically.
The packaging can be cut in two possible ways:

  • outside cut: Process for cutting the film outside the tray
  • inside cut: Process for cutting the film inside the tray
