Valvo Pack
A simple way of cooking and pasteurising food in a flexible container (a bag, for example) or in a rigid container (PP, CPET, metal, etc) using steam (without back pressure) or microwaves (home or industrial ovens).
How it works
An automatic or semi-automatic MECAPACK system pierces the film and an adhesive valve fits over the open area.
The principle
The valve opens at 70°C to expel steam during cooking, and closes at that temperature to lock the packaging under positive pressure.
