Description: two retractable films (the first one provides a gas barrier and the second is oxygen-permeable); this process is especially suitable for red meats and consists of vacuum and gas-flush processes that do not cause a colour-change in products in contact with the film.

The advantages: this concept reduces necessary tray height, which in turn streamlines logistics, requires less gas and saves space (it allows shops to display trays at 45° angles) without compromising shelf life.
